This collection includes the documents, writings, correspondence and articles of Alejandro Bustillo (1889-1982) one of the architects most representative of the architecture of the National State and the elite that governed Argentina between 1925 and 1950.
The collections contains 10,000 drawings, 500 photographs corresponding to sixteen very important public buildings and approximately 300 private projects. The highlights of the collection are the Hotel Llao Llao in Bariloche, the headquarters of the Banco de la Nacion Argentina (Argentina´s central bank), the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (fine arts museum), the Monumento a la Bandera (monument to the flag) and the urbanization of Bristol Beach in Mar del Plata.
