The collection contains plans and drawings corresponding to 66 projects including Fabrica Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa factory, later Acindar) the headquarters of the Fondo de Cultura Economica, housing and office buildings and a variety of family houses.

This collection gathers documentation of the works of Hirsz Rotzait (1915) an architect with a protagonist role in the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) during the period 1950-1960 and one of the creators of the Department of Vision in 1957.
